The EOS97 fixed rooflights set new standards in thermal efficiency and adaptability. With our 97mm insulated upstand, they achieve impressive U-Values of 0.94 W/m²K for double glazing and 0.65 W/m²K for triple glazing.

For projects requiring a builder’s upstand, we offer a flexible lid-only option with U-Values of 1.15 W/m²K (double-glazed) and 0.87 W/m²K (triple-glazed). Designed to meet and exceed the energy performance requirements of Approved Document L, the EOS97 is the perfect blend of innovation, efficiency, and tailored design.

Glass Options

We offer a variety of glass options, each designed to meet different needs and preferences. Here are the two core choices:

Standard Toughened Glass: Heat-treated and cooled to achieve exceptional strength, this is our most cost-effective option, offering durability and reliability for everyday use.

Safety Laminate Glass: For enhanced safety, the inner pane is upgraded to a laminated unit. This consists of two glass layers bonded together with a resilient interlayer, ensuring that even if the glass breaks, it won’t shatter into dangerous fragments.

Glass Upgrades

Whether you want to minimise solar gain, boost thermal efficiency, or reduce maintenance for those hard-to-reach areas, we offer a range of optional upgrades to suit your needs.
