Absolutely fantastic service! The windows and doors look stunning, the fitters were friendly and obliging when we had a few amendments and the follow up service to fit extra stoppers and hooks has been faultless. Lovely also to deal with a family, local business.
Urban and Grey have been fantastic from start to finish. The windows and doors look amazing and we feel lucky we came across the company so we could actually see the doors in person at the local showroom. The installation was seamless, with one slight issue which was out of U&G control however, they rectified immediately – even though it wasn’t their fault! The after service and support has been outstanding. I can not recommend these guys enough, amazing!
An excellent company with a great product and lovely people. Had our windows installed several years ago but they are still available to answer questions and help with minor issues after all this time. They even replaced a broken window for us without charge. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning meeting Yasmin at the showroom, right through to the installation, the service has been outstanding. I found the whole process very simple. The team sent me all the options promptly after I reached out and booked a site visit quickly to get the final measurements. The staff who came to my site visit were brilliant and knew all the answers to my questions and gave me a realistic expectation. Once my doors were manufactured, I did not have to wait long (mostly due to my own schedule) for the fitting and the fitters left my garden and kitchen very tidy and swept up after themselves. The doors weren’t cheap but I think fairly priced for the quality and the level of service and I paid in 3 installments due to their standard so it spread the cost which was another bonus! Would definitely recommend.

The end result is stunning, the process was easy with a quick turnaround time, and everyone from U&G was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Wonderful company to work with. I had three glazing doors made. On our visit to their showroom, Jasmin waited for our arrival till late in the evening. She and her team members worked with my builder, from design to installation, easy and smooth at every stage. More importantly follow up service is most professional. We completely rebuilt the property we bought, including replacing all the windows and installing both sliding and bi-fold doors. Of all the suppliers we used Urban & Gray were the best in every respect.
They were efficient in returning quotes and general admin and day-to-day dealing. They installed 3 huge windows and 2 huge pivot doors which looked great. I would highly recommend them.
